About

You would like to have a different resolution instead of the original based resolution from the client but setup.exe and opensetup.exe are not working? Here you can find a solution for this problem.

False Fullscreen

False fullscreen or borderless removes the borders from the ragnarok client and maximizes the screen based on your computer's resolution.
It reduces FPS caused input lag and is the most suggested way to play.

  1. Go into your Ragnarok Folder: [ Usually C:\Games\Shining Moon ]
  2. Open dinput.ini in a notepad
  3. Change WindowLock=0 to WindowLock=1
  4. Save and restart the client.

Another Resolution

You like to watch a movie or have several clients open without constantly having to ALT+TAB between?
Well it's easy, however it'll be alot harder because the new character select screen from Gravity's new 2018 client does not scale based on your resolution of the client.
But it's doable.

  1. Go into your Ragnarok Folder: [ Usually C:\Games\Shining Moon ]
  2. Open dinput.ini in a notepad
  3. Change WindowWidth=NUMBER and WindowHeight=NUMBER
  4. Save and restart the client.
  5. You can repeat the steps above until you find a resolution you're comfortable with and prefer.

Resolution at 1920x1080 or more

  2. Right click the Shining.exe and select properties
  3. Change to Compability tab in there
